The Streets of Caledonia is a massive new construction project underway at the intersection of Interstate 64/40 and Highway DD in O’Fallon, Missouri. Construction began in 2020 for the residential lots available by Lombardo Homes and Payne Family Homes, which is now Fischer Homes.

The total cost of the project is over $400 million, which includes the development of 153 acres of residential homes and 93 acres of commercial space.

657 new single-family homes and townhomes will be built in Caledonia between the two builders Lombardo and Fischer. All homes within Caledonia are part of the Wentzville School District.

Fischer Homes is a relatively new homebuilder in the St. Louis area. They were founded in Northern Kentucky and currently operate in 6 states. Fischer Homes acquired Payne Family Homes in 2021, and they’ve introduced their beautiful home collections to families all across the St. Louis metro. In Caledonia specifically, Fischer is offering several collections ranging from starter townhomes all the way up to 5,000 square-foot multi-generational homes.

Fischer offers 40 floor plans in Caledonia. There are 10 move-in-ready homes available, which are great hassle-free options to get your perfect home without the wait.

With a few select models, buyers have the ability to choose the 5-story home, an innovative design unique to Fischer. It’s basically a 2-story home but with several half-flights of stairs instead of two separate levels of living space.

Missouri Rush Sports Park is located on Caledonia Drive next to the Regal O’Fallon movie theater. The park has four all-weather lit fields and hosts various games, tournaments, and training programs every year.

O’Day Park is one of the newer parks in O’Fallon. It’s a 2-minute drive down Highway DD from Caledonia. The 57-acre park has an adventure playground, O’Day Lounge, and an outdoor amphitheater.

August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area is an enormous section of conservation land between O’Fallon and Defiance. It has almost 7,000 acres (yes, you read that right) of outdoor space.
